We offer advisory services, document preparation, and representation for business matters. Each engagement is tailored to your specific needs.

1.2 Information Products

We provide digital guides and templates designed to support entrepreneurial activities. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

1.3 Goods

We sell physical items such as printed guides and office supplies related to business operations.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are due before the start of any service or delivery of any product. Accepted methods of payment are specified at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy differs by service type. Please review the provisions below for each category.

3.1 Legal Services

Fees for legal services are non-refundable once work has commenced or a deliverable is provided. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or service date, you may elect to reschedule or receive credit toward future services valid for six months.

3.2 Information Products

Digital products may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they remain unused and downloads do not exceed two files. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days. Alternatively, you may choose a product swap of equivalent value.

3.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original payment method or for an swap. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for return due to their bespoke nature.

4. Service Changes and Transfers

You may request changes to or transfers of most services up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Unused credit resulting from cancellations or transfers is valid for six months from the date of issue.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnternehmerJuris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
